HARVESTER SERVICE / MAINTENANCE
Service is recommended within the first 50 hours (Inclusive with purchase of a new machine from LVE), then every 200 hours. Pre-Season Inspection and Post-Season Inspection Available. Picking Head to Sprayer or Sprayer to Picking Head Swap also available. 24/7 Emergency service available.
ENGINE
Replace engine oil and filter as required
Replace hydraulic oil and filter as required
Replace fuel filter and air filters as required
Check belt tension and inspect fans
Check battery terminals, test starting and charging systems
Check wiring for corrosion and / or rodent damage
Check all switches and gauges for proper operation
Check coolant and refrigerant
PICKING HEAD
Inspect all belts for tension and wear

WIND MACHINE SERVICE
Wind Machine Service is available on a first come first service basis. Service is preferably booked between May 1st and July 31st. 24/7 Emergency service available during a frost.
ENGINE
Replace engine oil and filter, fuel and air filters (as required)
Tighten all belts, pulleys, and hoses, check water pump and radiator for leaks
Check all wiring for corrosion and / or rodent damage. Repair as required
Check all switches and gauges for proper operation
Service battery, clean terminals, test starting and charging systems
Full Service $549 + Parts & Additional Labour
TOWER
Check oil level and condition in upper and lower gearboxes.
Check for oil leak at input and output shafts
Visually inspect blade for damage and/or worn bushings
Check drive shaft U-joints, support bearings and shear coupler
Check clutch operation
Replace lower gearbox filter (If equipped)
TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT SERVICE
Check all functions of unit interior and exterior
Remove and replace filters and fluids as needed
Hoses & Clamp check
Antifreeze check
Check battery terminals, test starting and charging systems
Full exterior clean/detailing
